This isn’t a mixed box: it’s a box dedicated entirely to the one brownie flavour you can’t get enough of.
Handmade daily in our Essex kitchen using the finest ingredients, every 5★ rated brownie is baked to perfection – firm on the outside, gooey and velvety in the centre, with rich flavour running through every bite.
Each Custom Brownie Box contains nine brownies of a single flavour. Choose your box from one of our bestselling favourites:

Biscoff Brownie – fudgy chocolate swirled with spiced caramel Biscoff spread and crunchy Lotus biscuit pieces.

Double Chocolate Brownie – smooth dark chocolate loaded with milk chocolate chips and creamy chocolate spread, topped with chocolate chunks.

Oreo Brownie – dark chocolate with embedded Oreo biscuits, smooth cookies & cream spread, and a crunchy biscuit topping.

Chocolate Orange Brownie – fudgy chocolate swirled with rich chocolate orange cream, light Aero pieces, and topped with a Terry's Chocolate Orange segment.

Unlike some, we don’t just sprinkle toppings on top – our brownies are crammed with flavour throughout the base and topping, meaning every bite is rich, distinctive and unforgettable.
Made to Order
All of our brownies are made to order in our Essex-based kitchen and shipped within 2-3 working days straight to your door.
Before delivery, we'll package your bakes inside a gorgeous gift box that delivers the ultimate wow factor when unboxing.
Weighing a very chunky 800g, these brownies and blondies really do not disappoint! Please note however, these will not fit through a standard sized letterbox.

You’ll receive nine different bakes - five brownies and four blondies - each with its own flavour. You can see the current flavour line-up above.
Yes, these can be sent directly as a gift. If your chosen box includes a gift tag or occasion card, simply leave your message when ordering and we’ll handwrite it for you.
All bakes are oven fresh at the point of despatch. Keep them in the fridge and enjoy them within 14 days. They also freeze well if you’d like to save some for later.
As each box is handmade, individual bakes may vary slightly from the photographs.
We offer the following postal delivery options, where available for your address:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.99, with a delivery aim of 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.99, with a delivery aim of the next working day after dispatch.

Alternatively, you can collect from Benfleet, Essex (SS7).
When will my order arrive?
Your bakes are made to order and dispatched within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.
Royal Mail’s delivery time is additional to this preparation time. Choosing Tracked 24 does not mean your order will arrive the day after you place it.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Some postcodes take longer, particularly remote and island destinations. If you’re ordering for a birthday or another occasion, please allow extra time.
Your bakes stay fresh for 10–14 days after baking when stored as directed.
How delivery works
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information. Royal Mail may also contact you by email or SMS with delivery updates. Please check your junk folder.
You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided.
Depending on your parcel’s location and the options available, you may be able to:
- Nominate a safe place.
- Request delivery to a neighbour.
- Arrange redelivery.
- Arrange collection from an available Royal Mail or Post Office location.
Please follow the instructions in your Royal Mail tracking updates.
Missed delivery
If Royal Mail cannot deliver your parcel, it will normally attempt redelivery on the next working day.
If delivery is still unsuccessful, follow the instructions on your delivery card or tracking notification to arrange redelivery or collection.
Please check the collection deadline shown by Royal Mail, as this depends on where your parcel is being held. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us.
As your order contains fresh food, we recommend arranging redelivery or collection promptly.
Letterbox delivery
Our mixed boxes are extremely chunky, weighing over 800g, and we use sturdy packaging to keep them safe in transit. This means they will not fit through a standard letterbox.
Delays
Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are not guaranteed delivery services, and parcels can occasionally take longer than their delivery aims.
If your parcel is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If you need help, contact us at hello@blondiesbakes.shop with your order number and we’ll look into it.
Royal Mail’s investigation and claims procedures are separate from your rights as a customer. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Address errors
Please check the recipient’s name, full delivery address and postcode carefully before placing your order. We will not be able to offer refunds on this basis.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll check whether the address can still be changed, but changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery coverage
Available delivery services depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.
Delivery aims may not apply to certain postcodes, including some remote, island and Northern Ireland addresses. Please allow additional time for these destinations.
