Refund policy
We want every Blondies Bakes order to arrive just as beautifully as it left our kitchen. While we can’t offer refunds on perishable food items, there are a few situations where you may be entitled to a refund.
When a Refund May Be Possible
- Damaged in Transit – If your order arrives damaged, we’ll work with you to put it right. We are required to submit a claim to our shipping company, and refunds can only be issued once the claim has been approved.
- Purchased in Error – If you’ve ordered by mistake, you must let us know at least 48 hours before your chosen delivery date so we can stop your order before it’s baked and shipped. We can’t cancel or refund once your order is in progress.
- Please Note – Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@blondiesbakes.shop as soon as you receive your order (or at least 48 hours before your chosen delivery date for cancellations). Include:
- Your order number, full name, and postcode
- The reason for your refund request
- For damaged items, clear photos (see below for details)
Photos Required for Damaged Items
For our courier to process a claim, we need:
- Photo(s) of the outer packaging showing the delivery label
- Photo(s) of inner packaging (our pink Blondies Bakes box & sleeve)
- Photo(s) of the damaged contents
Please keep your goods until we confirm we have enough detail, as we may request more images.
Refund Timing
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to process it.
For damaged items, timing will depend on how quickly our courier processes and approves the claim. Please note we are unable to process a refund if you claim is rejected by our courier.
Shipping Delays
While 98% of DPD deliveries arrive on time, delays can happen that are outside of our control. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds solely due to these delays.
